Sorry to say you may have been mis-lead. The seal on Insulated Glass units is generally only guaranteed for 10 years max. The worst part is that even when you call a window company to replace IG units under the warranty, they generally charge you to hack out the old glass and put in the new -- they give you the glass but the charges to install more than pay for their cost on the glass. If I were you, I would call an Insulating Glass manufacturer in your area and order the glass direct. You can probably buy it for around $3.00 per square foot. You can buy some sealant to "back bed" the new glass from the same place generally. I'm not sure about Nuprime. It is possibly a brand made by Acorn Windows that was in Coldwater, MI. They have been out of business for a few years.
