painting over wallpaper faced sheetrockFrom: smithfork@dmans.com Category: Painting and Wallcoverings Remote Name: 206.132.88.173 Date: 15 Jul 2003 Time: 08:35 PM
CommentsI have a 10 year old manufactured home (fancy for double wide mobile home) which needs a facelift. I would like to paint the walls, but believe they are prefaced sheetrock covered with a wallpaper of some sort. It is patterned and textured a bit. But there are no seams, other than the drywall seams themselves, so I believe the paper is part of the sheetrock itself. So, any advise on the materials to use for this is very welcome. Thanks!
