Damaged sill replacement

My home is 8 years old. In my basement I noticed water damage on my subfloor directly where my sliding patio door is located. I pulled back the insulation and discovered two feet of the sill severly damaged, in fact rotted through in one spot. The sill and subfloor are both OSB. Subfloor replacement is no problem but what am I in for when it comes to replacing a section of my sill? Thanks
