New foundationFrom: mart572@sbcglobal.net Category: Concrete Remote Name: 68.89.128.108 Date: 25 Jun 2003 Time: 02:08 PM
CommentsWhen pouring the concrete, one of the forms shifted inward, leaving a two foot curve in the interior of the garage. The outside area of the slab has a convex shape approx 3ft.
The house has 4foot concrete walls in the garage as part of the foundation. The framed wall is only centered at opposite ends. The center of the footer is protruding approx 2in. The anchor bolts were ground off.
How is thes problem correctly repaired?
