Stucco InstallationFrom: jacc_cuddihy@hotmail.com Category: Concrete Remote Name: 67.68.80.148 Date: 25 Jun 2003 Time: 02:07 PM
CommentsI want to have the front of my building stuccoed. It is bare concrete and the concrete has some cracks in it. I have talked to one or two contractors and have gotten conflicting views. When you install the stucco, must you put a mesh on the wall first and then the stucco? And for cracks in the concrete should I just patch them with concrete first before putting on the stucco or can the stucco just fill those in as well? As a side note, I live in Canada so there will be temperature fluctuation during the year.
