Oven Cleaner may work for removing old vinyl decals. With fiberglass, be careful and don't leave it on too long, as it may start to damage the gel coat. Another option is to use a heat gun to soften the vinyl and remove it with your scraper. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to remove stickers; it is a tredious job. Good Luck
