Thermal Guard Windows by Season All

We recently purcashed a house that has thermal guard windows by season all on the first floor. On window in the kitchen has a bad seal and is need of replacing. On one bay window the locking mechanism doesn't work and we can't imagine it ever did. How can we get in contact with someone in the Cincinnati, OH area to see if they can be fixed?
