USING STEEL I BEAMS

I am building a garage 24x44 ft. Would like to use two steel I beams to support 2x12 ceiling joist. Roof will not be a factor.I need to know size of joist to use if possible. I appreciate a respose as soon as possible. Thank You, Tommy
