About 10 years agon an addtion was made to our upstairs. Over time the ceiling in the hallway that is plaster has developed cracks and is beginning to sag. Should I tear it our and replace with wallboard? (the new ceiling that meets the plaster is wallboard) Is there a way to just secure the sagging spots? Thanks for your help
