What is that vent cover called?

The top which covered a pipe sticking out of my roof has fallen off. The pipe is about 2 feet high and vents the house. The cover on the pipe let air circulate but prevented rain or animals from entering. What is it called? Lowes or Home Depot didn't have one. Lorraine Apperson
