I am trying to remove a broken double pane sealed window. I got the interior "slats" ? off but there seems to be some adhesive double side tape all the way around on the outer frame. I am trying to wedge a putty knife down to free it but its not budging. Also there are 2 black rubber square wedges on the 2 bottom side of the bottom corners. Do I need to get these out first? This job is adding insult to injury.
