Adding an electrical SubpanelFrom: gmainolfi@comcast.net Category: Electrical/Lighting Remote Name: 68.33.23.219 Date: 09 May 2003 Time: 10:18 AM
CommentsI currently have an 200amp panel with 20 spaces which are all used. I am looking to expand using an subpanel for the future finish basement and other outside projects. I was looking at a 125amp panel that has 8 spaces but can have 16 circuits.
My question is what size breaker will I need to put in the main panel to feed the subpanel and what size wire should I use?
Thanks for help.
