I have a problem with one side of a room that has dropped over the 45 years it has been built. Any suggestions on how I might do the job myself and yet not create more problems. Things like what type of jacks to use, the kind of material to use in the leveling and in general, any help anyone might care to share. No seen problems with the beams under the house, just a settling problem.
