Water in basementFrom: olefuzz@attbi.com Category: Drainage/Waterproofing Remote Name: 24.62.69.215 Date: 31 Mar 2003 Time: 10:10 PM
CommentsWhen ever the water table is high/ frozen ground/ no good run off I get about 1-2 inches of water. I want as many options/ potential cost data as possible, here are some details. it is a finished basement w/ wall board heat/ water apears to come in from the front Back basement is (for now dry) the water seams to seap out of the cracks or from the wall/floor joint. I cannot tell if it is comming up from under the slab or id the water uses the cracks like a gutter. I have to keep (3) 1/4 hp floor pumps running 24 hours. A sump is low on my suggestion list.
