London Basement Company : tlbc.co.uk Advertises on their web site that they do it all the time. Quoted prices range from £50,000 ($75,000) to £100,000 (2x previous). I think costs in the usa should be less.. I'd be interested in how your project turns out.. laguh@talk21.com
