mud sill and skirt board replacement on a brick houseFrom: rayfoley@averydennison.com Category: Structural Remote Name: 207.122.152.66 Date: 05 Feb 2003 Time: 09:37 AM
CommentsI have a small area of rot on the mud sill and skirt board that ties the joist together. I can jack up the joists and cut the bad section of sill
out and replace it. How do i replace the rotted
skirt board with the brick being in the way or does it matter?
