2nd story deck

I need to find the beam and post specs. for a 2nd story deck. The deck span would be 25'2" and run 15' wide. The only load would be people on it.Also what size ledger board on the house. The posts at the end of the span are only 3' high as the sit on a wall. The house is in southern calif. Thanks for your help, Jim
