Given the poor condition of your existing foundation, we urge you to consult with a civil engineering firm or general contractor specializing in drainage and waterproofing, as well as foundation remediation. Since we can't see your condition first-hand, installing drainage alone may not be sufficient. You may need other waterproofing treatments or partial replacement of your foundation to ensure a dry basement or crawlspace.
