Would I be able to create an octagonal tray ceiling in my dining room given that it is presently a popcorn ceiling? Would I be able to use any lightweight materials like styrofoam to create the octagonal tray that can then be stuck to the present ceiling? What are my options, given that the dining romm is on the first floor of a 2-storey home.
