Raised Concrete DeckFrom: tpokusa@rayengr.com Category: Structural Remote Name: 12.255.219.167 Date: 24 Oct 2002 Time: 04:15 PM
CommentsI am looking into putting a 20'x20' Block wall workshop attached to my existing garage wall. Above the workshop will be a deck off of our dining room above. I want to do a concrete deck so that the workshop below is water tight. How do I know what kind of support will be needed underneath the slab of concrete. The slab will be 4"-5" thick and rest on the 3 new block walls. Also how should I attach it to the existing garage wall?
