CommentsOne of our earlier recommendations discusses a crystalline slurry coat called Xypex. See http://www.builderswebsource.com/_discBT/00000458.htm for additional information. This product, and related products, penetrate the interior of the CMUs to fill microscopic capillaries that carry water vapor. However, if moisture is getting through, even with an external bituminous membrane, you may also need to install a perimeter French drain, according to the guidelines in the Drainage Technote at: http://www.amazon.com/paypage/P3AXA5J8I1NRJ4 - Builders Websource.
