Lifting Home and Converting Concrete Crawl into Basement

I am considering lifting my home to converting my concrete crawl space into a 8 ft basement. Crawl space walls are constructed of 8' x 2' block. I am in South Jersey in a clay formation, so shallow perched water is not unusual. The home is relatively new (9 years) and the footprint of the home is about 30 x 60 including the garage. Is this economically feasible ? Could you recommend contractors who could do this ? How long does a project like this typically take ? Thanks for any help you provide.
