Anytime main structural members or floor joists are rotted, replacement is essential to prevent long-term structural damage to the property. Replacement of these often involves considerable "surgery" to the structure, possibly even requiring partial jacking of the structure so you have good access from below. This is not generally a "do-it-yourself" project and we urge you to hire a professional, licensed contractor who can make the appropriate repairs. Builders Websource.
