To our knowledge, Nuprime windows are no longer made. To remove a screen, generally it is possible to gently lift it and rotate it out. Sometimes there are pins that lock the screen into place. Check all obvious ways to remove it. Somehow it got installed, so there should be a way to get it out. We are not aware of any location for spares. One of our sources has dried up and no longer carries parts for Nuprime. We invite any of our readers to submit sources they come across. Builders Websource.
