CommentsWe are first time buyers and have come across a sand stone cottage that has bad damp throughout. We think that it needs a new slate roof / dry lining throughout downstairs and the bedroom floor feels like the joists are bowed (it is like bouncing on a trampoline !). How long and approx how much would it be to get it in a good state of repair? Is it a mammoth task to undertake ?
