Desire: A small 1100 sqrft wood frame home that is currently on block supports to be lifted high enough to cunstruct a garage beneeth. Or at the very least turn the home into a Stilt-type home. How is this done? Lifts, Jacks, Crane, etc.. Can any GC do this, or is it specialized? Can it be done by the homeowner.
