Condensation on vinyl floor

This is vinyl over a concrete slab in upstate New York. The problem only develops in hot, humid weather. The condensation creates a uniform slick throughout the room. My guess is temperature differential between cold floor and warm humid air. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks.
