Your clearly have a significant drainage problem that needs immediate attention. Without an on-site inspection, it's hard to know what kind of existing drainage system might be in place. If you want to do the work yourself, we recommend that you hire a civil engineering firm with expertise in drainage design. They can inspect the premises, make elevation measurements and recommend a specific course of action to remedy your problem. Have them draw up a set of plans showing recommended sloping of all materials as well as placement and elevation of drainage pipes. Depending on the complexity, this could cost you a few thousand dollars for the design. However, having an engineered solution is the only proper approach. Just guessing and trying some things may not be enough in your case. Do it right the first time and you'll have peace of mind that's priceless. Builders Websource.
