lowering a building on stilts

I have a building in my backyard that is on stilts, approximately 4.5 feet off the ground. The building measures 6 X 8. I was wondering what would be the best and safest way to lower this building. There is no structural reason it has been built on stilts, it just affords a better view of the city from that height.
