My engineer specified 2x6@24" OC for our first floor framing. No bearing walls beacuse all our bearing walls are only the outside walls (Truss Roof). My contractor says that we should make it 16" OC. We're using 3/4" OSB for our Sheathing. WHICH WAY SHOULD I GO? Thank you!
