Replacement Season-All vinyl windowsFrom: msable@fcc.net Category: Windows and Doors Remote Name: 207.198.234.133 Date: 28 Apr 2002 Time: 03:39 PM
CommentsI had a contractor install Season. All vinyl windows (welded seam model #335-vinylweld) in my house in 1993. Of 35 double-hung windows, the seals in approximately 6 upper panes have failed, leaving the insides with mold growth. I still have the stickers for each window's order run. Does anyone have a contact where I can determine if these are still covered for replacement under warranty, or how I should get them replaced? The contractor is no longer in business. Thanks.- Kevin.
