12" Block Wall Repair

We have a block wall constructed of 12" block measuring 40' long by approx. 12' high which is "pushed" in or "bellied" by up to 3" in the center due to very heavy saturated backfill. This wall is the buried uphill wall for a hillside home. We will be trenching the entire wall to repair, reseal, install drainage, and backfill with stone. We also plan to pour the wall solid with rebar reinforcing. Is the aforementioned 3" belly enough of a structural problem to consider a different approach? Thanks, Dave C. North Carolina
