Your windows are probably out of warranty. Furthermore, we do not believe that Nuprime windows are being made anymore. A good local window company should be able to replace the window panes with new sealed ones. Alternatively, try the folks at Northeast Window Hardware at: http://www.northeastplumbparts.com/parts.htm They often carry parts for obsolete windows or may be able to refer you to someone in your area who can help.
