We have a crawlspace and need somewhere to drain our watersoftener that uses 21 gallons per regeneration. This ranch home has 3 vents in the crawl, one of which I intend to drill a small hole through to run the discharge line through. I need to know how to dig a hole 3' cubed (?) and fill it with gravel or rocks. I want to do this about 7 or 8 feet away from the house on a down slope, lay the tube about 1' below ground level and bury it all. The discharge into the rocks should be OK. I called to find out where the power lines, etc.. are and I'm OK there. There just isn't anywhere in the crawl to hook this drainage tube into. I've looked for the right website but haven't found the appropriate one. Any ideas?
