From your description, it sounds as if there is either a leak in your sewer or your water supply line. Try the following experiment: turn off your main water supply, pump out the existing water, and see if the water persists. If the water persists, then there may be leak under the adjoining property that is spreading to yours, or the water is coming from exterior irrigation or rain runoff. It's also possible that you have a leak in your sewer system, although our guess is that your leak is in the high pressure water supply. We recommend that you hire a licensed plumber to evaluate your situation. They had scopes and tools that can help to identify leaks or plugs in pipes. If you had a plug in your drain pipe, you would generally notice that water drains slowly from the shower, tub, sink or toilet. Builders Websource.
