CommentsI have a recurring 8 inches of water in the crawl space in my house that was built in 1985. It is a Duplex, the other side has no water, mine has had water since January-02 I have attempted to Sump out as much water as possible but it keeps returning never had problem previous three years. Front yard looks suken in by heavy water. What should I do? Is there I way I can find out if something is plugged up?
