Thanks for the response. I have a drawing but I don't know what form I can send it in. I will try to describe: The first floor has one load bearing wall directly over the beam and this wall has some headers in it . Starting from one end of this wall, first there is a header that is 5' then a 4x4 post then another 3'3 header then a 2'4 wall , 3' header , 7' wall ,5' header, 2'6 wall. The first two headers I described also have walls that run parallel and these are 3' to either side of the bearing and both run the first 8'. The second floor has (2) 4' knee walls that run the full 28' and are equally spaced from the center, 13'x 28' total floor area. The roof consists of 2x4 rafters 10/12 pitch, the rafters run down to the first floor outside walls. In this area 40PSF live/10Psf dead --deflection L/360 live L/240 dead duration 1.0. I hope this is understandable. Thanks again. Bob
