I have a well with a less than 1 year old pump. The problem is that the pressure guage will go to zero pressure and occasionally when not being asked to work the value will surge. The result is I have not water pressure at time and I don't think that it is the 1 year old new pump. Is there anything in the outside well that would need to be look at and how do I go about fixing it?
