moisture damage has "warped" subfloor...

Moistur dmage has warped floorboards built on a foundtion of pilons(4corners) and cement foundation between them(waterfront property) due to long term inadequate ventilation under the house. Will "leveling" the floor from inside the home be adequate to support a mud tile floor???
