We recommend that you contact the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development at:

100 Community Place Crownsville, MD 21032-2023

Phone: 1-800-756-0119 (Toll-Free in Maryland) or 410-514-7000

They offer a range of homeowner programs, including certain programs for the disabled. There is no guarantee that your situation will qualify for special assistance, however this is the best place to start. Be persistent and get to someone who will take personal responsibility for your case. Their website is: http://www.dhcd.state.md.us/

Good luck and please let us know if this tip helps you.
