Will your retaining wall be filled solid with concrete? Or are these the "stackable" type interlocking blocks that use no mortar joints? If you can provide us more information about the size of your interlocking blocks as well as the type of foundation (poured footing vs. natural ground), we can make some more specific recommendations.
