Re: setting heater current on a thermostatFrom: igfrey@hotmail.com CommentsIt's a standard round GE thermostat -- 24VAC and has a variable adjustment for current. The heater is 134,000 BTU oil fired to hot water. The controller is also GE. I was told to set the adjustment according to the name plate on the controller, but I cant find that info. I measured the current at .6 amps at startup then it drops to .36 amps after 1 minute. Dave
