I want to replace my current stick down 12x12 vinyl tiles, but my dishwasher and trash compactor are tight to the floor and underneath of the counter top. I was wanting to ceramic tile or wood laminate floor but I feel anything with any thickness will block in the appliances. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
