Much of what is discussed is the use of fiberglass mesh and synthetic or a
mixture of synthetic materials with cement and the use of these systems in the
southeast US. Specifically, what about plywood sheathing with foam attached,
with metalic mesh "chicken wire" then attached, and then two separate
coats of real cement (Portland, I assume)??? The climate is Sacramento, CA.
