Re: Pex Radiant HeatingFrom: info@builderswebsource.com CommentsLeading manufacturers, such as Wirsbo (http://www.wirsbo.com) and Roth (http://www.roth-usa.com) certify their radiant floor heating products to 200 degrees F, with no more than 80 PSI. Depending on whether you use fittings that can corrode will determine which type of PEX tubing is suitable for your application. Wirsbo's hePEX™ plus is suitable for radiant floors, ceilings and heat panels. We always advise, however, that you first contact the manufacturer to discuss your proposed application to ensure that the product is suitable for use in the way you intend. Always follow manufacturer's installation recommendations and be sure to install a high quality thermostat to avoid overheating the water, which could cause a scalding explosion.
