Framing a "false bay window"From: tarah@mediaone.net CommentsWe'd like to put a bay window in our living room. A true bay window alone costs about $1200 (not including labor to install it). If we purchase a single picture window and two individual casements for either side to create a "false bay", the costs is about $770 for just the windows (again, doesn't include framing/labor). Where can I find plans on how to bump out a wall to frame for a "false bay window"?
