help! buckled basement wall

What is the best method of repairing buckled, cracked basement wall? Is
it necessary to remove entire wall, as block layers told me, or can we build a
second wall adjacent to, & tie in with rebar, or use pillars or other
method? Would NOT like to take down entire wall.
