I am refinishing a 9" square block oak parque floor. The floor is over
concrete which rolls a little and is stained very dark. I would like to bring it
back to a light color. I already have used a drum sander in the past. What would
be the quickest way to sand the floor? Would an 8" or a 12" drum
sander have a better advantage over the other realizing that the floor rolls a
little? Also, what would be a good brand of sander to purchase and is there
anyplace to purchase used equipment? I would rather purchase than rent since I
have a lot of floor area to finish and also have apartments that I would like to
do also. Any help would be appreciated.
