You can go to any Home Depot, lumber supply store or trim moulding store and buy some "quarter round" or "cove" moulding, according to your preferences. Depending on the size of the gap, you can probably find something in the 3/4" range. You'll probably want to attach it to the beam and leave it floating relative to the wall. We're more concerned, however, about the settlement in the home. You need to understand why the wall is settling and the beam isn't following it. This may be a sign of a more serious foundation issue which should be rectified at the source before the situation deteriorates further. Builders Websource
