Dear Rick:

We've done some searches in the US patent and trademark office, as well as the web. So far we have come up empty. Have you tried taking one of the samples to a cabinet maker? Do you have an estimate of the age of the hinge? Is it steel or brass? Do you see an patent number? You say it says "pat applied for?" along with an "n"? If we or any of our readers know the manufacturer, we'll send you an email.

If you find out another way, let us know for the record.

Thanks,

Builders Websource
